'MistyLochView' started with one goal in mind: to offer true Neapolitan pizza to the people of London. Established by the Bianchi family back in 1985, our small, family-controlled pizzeria has cherished recipes that date back generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered pizza craft in her exploration across Italy, gaining insights from revered pizza makers in Naples, the cradle of this culinary craft. Once she arrived back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored practices and selecting premium ingredients.
Our origins trace back to a humble establishment with space for just 12 diners, yet we have flourished into a cherished community staple while keeping our dedication to excellence and genuineness intact. Our techniques still involve the classic wood-fired ovens, daily preparation of our dough from scratch, and the inclusion of the best ingredients available.
Still in the hands of the founding family, 'MistyLochView' continues to captivate hearts under the stewardship of the Bianchi family's second generation. Even with some contemporary updates, our business's essence endures: to deliver irresistible, genuine pizza that unites people.
